These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Dance Video Maker GoCrazyAI, including our mobile app, website, AI generation features, subscriptions, credits, and related services.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

You must not use the app if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws or platform rules.

You must not upload images of minors. This includes children, teenagers, or any person under 18.

3. What the App Does

The app uses AI technology to transform uploaded photos or images into short dance videos.

You may upload an image, choose a dance style or generation option, and receive an AI-generated video result.

AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee that every result will be realistic, accurate, high quality, error-free, or suitable for your intended use.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any photo, image, prompt, text, video, file, or other material you upload, submit, generate, or create through the app.

You are responsible for your User Content.

You confirm that:

  • you own the content you upload, or you have the legal right and permission to use it;
  • your content does not violate another person's rights;
  • your content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or App Store rules;
  • your content does not include images of minors.

You keep ownership of your uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or images.

However, by using the app, you give us a limited license to process, store, display, transmit, and use your User Content only as needed to operate the app, generate videos, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce safety rules, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Generated Videos

Subject to these Terms, you may use the videos generated for you by the app.

You are responsible for how you use, share, publish, or distribute generated videos.

You must not use generated videos to mislead people, impersonate others, harass anyone, violate rights, create deceptive content, or break the law.

We do not guarantee that generated videos are unique, copyright-free, trademark-free, or suitable for commercial use. You are responsible for checking whether your use of generated content is legally allowed.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not upload, generate, request, share, or use content that includes or promotes:

  • images of minors;
  • nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive content;
  • exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual imagery;
  • harassment, bullying, threats, or hate;
  • violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • impersonation, fraud, scams, or misleading content;
  • private individuals without permission;
  • copyrighted or trademarked content you do not have rights to use;
  • content that violates another person's privacy, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights;
  • political manipulation, deceptive media, or harmful misinformation;
  • attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation, or technical limits.

We may block, reject, remove, or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms or our safety standards.

7. AI Safety and Moderation

We may use automated systems, manual review, third-party moderation providers, or other safety tools to detect abuse, unsafe content, or policy violations.

We may refuse to generate content, remove generated content, suspend access, limit features, or terminate accounts if we believe the app is being misused.

We are not required to process every generation request.

8. Accounts

Some features may require an account, login, subscription, or purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes.

9. Credits, Usage Limits, and Digital Items

The app may offer credits, tokens, usage rights, generations, subscriptions, or other digital items.

Credits and digital items:

  • are not money;
  • have no cash value;
  • are not transferable;
  • may only be used inside the app;
  • may be consumed when you start or complete a generation;
  • may expire if clearly stated in the app or purchase flow.

AI generation may fail due to technical issues, provider errors, moderation blocks, unsupported input, or other reasons. Where reasonable, we may restore credits or provide another generation attempt, but we are not required to do so in every case.

10. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

If you buy a subscription, the subscription automatically renews unless cancelled according to Apple's rules and your App Store account settings.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Apple handles billing, payment processing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests for purchases made through the App Store.

We do not receive your full payment card details.

Prices, trial periods, billing periods, and subscription benefits are shown in the app before purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms before confirming payment.

11. Refunds

For purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

We may, at our discretion, provide technical support, replacement credits, or other assistance if a generation fails, but this does not guarantee a refund.

12. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

AI generation may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted due to maintenance, high demand, third-party provider issues, network problems, moderation review, or technical failures.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services for AI generation, cloud hosting, authentication, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, moderation, and customer support.

Your use of the app may involve technical processing by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

14. Privacy

15. Intellectual Property

The names "GoCrazyAI", "PlayVideo.ai", and related branding may not be used without permission.

16. User Responsibility for Published Content

If you post, share, publish, sell, or distribute generated videos outside the app, you are solely responsible for that use.

You must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual property laws, publicity rights, privacy rights, and advertising rules.

You must not present AI-generated content as real footage if doing so would mislead others.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • you misuse the app;
  • you upload prohibited content;
  • you attempt to bypass safety systems;
  • your activity creates legal, security, payment, or platform risk;
  • we are required to do so by law or platform rules.

You may stop using the app at any time.

18. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

  • the app will always be available;
  • AI-generated videos will meet your expectations;
  • results will be accurate, realistic, or error-free;
  • generations will always complete successfully;
  • generated content will be suitable for commercial use;
  • the app will be free from bugs, delays, or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinewood Labs1 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of content, loss of business, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the app or service in the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinewood Labs1 LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the app;
  • your User Content;
  • your generated videos;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of another person's rights;
  • your violation of applicable law.
